CANCELLATION POLICY

• For prepaid orders, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to request cancellation.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may cancel by responding to the WhatsApp confirmation message before your order is processed.

Once an order is marked as “in process,” refunds (for prepaid cancellations) may take 5–7 working days, depending on your bank and payment processor.
